Virtual Call Center Administrative Support Supervisor

Telcare Corp. provides customer retention services to companies by performing telephone, mailed, and web satisfaction surveys via our virtual call center, and mailing greeting/holiday cards and letters.

Job Description:

  • Daily review and categorization of survey verbatim comments
  • Human Resource duties:
    • Screening, interviewing, and hiring work-at-home survey agent candidates
    • Training and re-training survey agents
    • Daily management of survey agents including scheduling, project tracking, and quality of work
  • Process all incoming client survey data and distribute work to survey agents
  • Process all outgoing reports, cards, and surveys.
  • General office duties include answering phones and other general tasks.
  • Office Equipment duties include computer/technical research for new methods/projects, new/upgrade computer program installation and trouble-shooting, comparison shopping for purchase.
  • Other duties commensurate with this position as assigned by the Office Manager and/or President of the company.

Technical and Language Skills Required:

  • Windows 10
  • Understanding of file names/extensions, directory structure, LAN drives
  • Word, Excel, Access & Power Point 2013
  • Letter composition
  • Proof reading
  • Email (equivalent LAN-based email system)
  • Internet surfing
  • Computer program installation and trouble-shooting

Additional Information:

Hours: Mon. thru Fri. 8:30am – 5:00pm, 1/2 hour for lunch
Dress Code: Mon-Thurs: Professional, slacks okay, Friday: Casual, jeans okay
