Telcare Corporation was founded in 1993 by Bobra Bush in Boca Raton, Florida. Telcare’s early days were focused on serving the customer retention needs of the vehicle industry including auto, RV and boat dealers by providing comprehensive survey services. As the company grew, Bush expanded Telcare’s focus by taking on large manufacturers like Motorola and smaller entities like Chambers of Commerce, plumbers and even charitable organizations. Telcare’s retention services center around their cost-efficient satisfaction surveys for market research, utilizing all the most current communication modes of telephone, mailed, web/email, and text/sms. Each survey is custom-developed for the client taking all factors into account including survey purpose, population size, cost and completion speed needed.
